Our approach to product development is to give customers a voice. You submit a suggestion, everyone upvotes what matters to them, and we work on features in order of votes. No hidden priorities, no roadmap written in a room you weren’t in.

Anyone using HealthFlow7, free tier included, can post what they need and describe the problem behind it.

Every suggestion is public and every vote counts the same, whether it comes from a lone analyst or a hospital integration team.

We build in vote order
The top of the board is what we are working on next. When something ships, it moves to Shipped and the next item comes up.
